Our communities are filling with the holiday spirit.

Residents have been giving generously to charity drives to make sure families have comforting meals on the table and youngsters can wake up to toys under the tree. This weekend homes will start to glow as decorations go up.

And over the next weeks, as the holidays draw near, our communities will gather for traditions that have been enjoyed for years: the lighting of community menorahs and trees, performances of The Nutcracker, visits by Santa Claus and so much more.

Looking to get out of the house and celebrate with your community? Check our listing of just some of the events planned – cities are alphabetized, but read through the events because you might find something that sounds fun just a short drive away.

And have a happy holiday season.
