Daisy’s story: Daisy was at a shelter, not doing well because of a few medical issues, so Shamrock Rescue took her so we could get her healthy and find her a forever home. Except for some skin issues that are clearing up, she has turned out to be quite healthy. She likely has had several litters of puppies (maybe she was a puppy mill dog or was bred over and over by her owners), and it’s possible no one has shown her much love. She looks so sad, but she is doing well in her foster home, learning that people can be kind. She gets along fine with her foster’s other dog.
